The softening of the elastic gasket is related to pressure and temperature. When the gasket loses its elasticity, the heat exchanger will leak. In some products, in order to solve the dripping phenomenon caused by the aging of the gasket, it is possible to adjust the sealing performance of the heat exchanger, that is, tighten the bolts of the combined plate heat exchanger again. Adjust the pressing force of the elastic gasket between each heat exchanger to solve the problem of the title of dripping. The maximum and minimum allowable stresses are generally given on the nameplate of heat exchangers with this function. For the new heat exchanger chip group, the minimum allowable stress should be used for connection and fixing. Depending on the number of heat exchanger plates in each group, the tightening force of the heat exchanger can be adjusted one or more times. Each time you tighten, you can screw the nut in 3mm, and always pay attention to the stress of the adjusting plate during the tightening process.
